I voted for Trump in 2016 and 2020. I'll vote for Kamala in 2024. Trump's malevolent dishonesty is repulsive.
I've voted Republican my whole life. But that c-list "assassination" performance was the straw that broke the camel's back for me. No more lies. No more Trump.
I live an hour outside of Pittsburgh, PA. I’ve been a Republican all my life.
I voted for Reagan and both Bush presidents, and I voted for Trump in 2016 and 2020. I believed in him. I never questioned anything he said. His word was bond.
But this “assassination attempt” just doesn’t sit right with me.
It feels staged. Fake.
Like bad TV. Like his staged WWE fight:
Something seems very planned and performative about that perfect photo op under the flag, while the smirking female Secret Service officer ducks, so everyone can see the smear of stage blood on his victorious c-list actor’s face covered in orange stage makeup.
And his victorious fist pump looked so God damn fake, it reminded me of his absurd victorious fist pump after his staged fight with Vince MacMahon.
Only simpletons believe that WWE fights are real and not staged.
And that’s how I feel about his absurd touched-by-God-himself “Assassination in PA” performance.
Turns out the shooter was a kid with Trump signs in his front yard.
A conservative Republican teenager who was brainwashed by social media to become a mass shooter. Like so many other Republican teenagers before him. Social media is turning them into monsters. Into deranged incel psychopaths with AR-15s.
I feel like I’m living in a fucking horror movie.
All the people I used to think I know are turning into braindead zombies before my eyes.
All they keep talking about is civil war and spilling Democratic blood. A lot of Biblical talk about God’s will and vengeance.
And if I’m honest with myself, I was no different than them. I supported Trump no matter what. Where we go one we go all! If Trump says jump, I say how high, Mr. President?
He fucked a pornstar and cheated on his pregnant wife? Oh well. None of my business.
He lies and cheats? So what? Everyone does.
But this assassination bullshit is a bridge too far. I’m not gonna be a fucking lemming and jump of that cliff with Trump. His lies have divided America like never before.
Civil war is in the air. It wasn’t before Trump. He is the divider.
He is trying to start a new civil war so he doesn’t have to go to prison for trying to steal the 2020 election. That’s why he put on this little show, and yelled “Fight! Fight! Fight!” into the cameras.
It was a performance. Like his entire fucking presidency, and his entire fucking life.
He’s a performance artist. He’s a con artist. He lies for a living. He’s really good at it, like a snake oil salesman.
That’s why he always wears orange stage makeup. Everything about Trump is a performance.
And all that suddenly became crystal clear to me when I saw his absurd victorious WWE fist pump after his “assassination” performance.
And once you see behind the curtain, you can’t unsee it.
THIS was the “bridge too far”?!?! He raped and beat a 13 year old CHILD with his best bud Jeffrey Epstein, but a staged “assassination” attempt is the bridge too far for a Trumper. Gotcha. Thanks for clarifying.
You're a fucking moron. Someone was killed on that day and two others went to the hospital. I am unsubscribing from you and headed straight into the bathroom to shower in case any of your diseased mind somehow attached itself to me. You are sick as hell.
